Thanks are indeed in order!

First of all, I'd like to thank God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit for
  placing me on Earth where They have, providing me with all I've been
  given, and for Their guidance.

Next, I'd like to thank my loving and extremely patient wife, for putting
  up with me while I hack on this (and other) projects!

Finally, this program is dedicated to Marzia dalla Venezia, Cristiana
  Nucci, and Ileana Civili, the great friends they are.  And also forgiving
  of schreibfaulheit.  ;)  Dove Italia?!
